[color=#3300FF]Hello all! I'm currently in the market for a '02 C230 KC. What are some of the most important questions I should be asking if buying from a dealer or private party? For example in my '01 Audi TT QC 225 one of the most important components in need of replacement is the diverter valve which is notorious for failure, the MAF sensor, coolant temp sensor, to name a few, all of which I did myself but could be costly for someone with very limited mechanical knowledge and know-how. In so many words I guess what I'm trying to ask is, what parts have you already replaced? Was it under warranty? Did the same part fail again (repeat offender)? I've been researching and reading some consumer reports filed RE: C230 and how quite a few people have actually won in battle incorporating the Lemon Law...what are your thoughts?
