Are you receiving TOO MANY e-mails?
 

Click on User CP up above.

You will see "Subscribed Threads" and under it, click List Subscriptions.

Those are the threads and sections you are subscribed to. Check the ones you want to stop receiving notifications and select "Update Subscription Type".
