Will these rims fit
 

I bought these 18" str rims I want to know if you guys know if they will fit my 2002 Mercedes c320 they guy that sold them to me said they were on his 2012 focus I don't know lug pattern but I want to put these on my car what can I do to make them for o have attached a picture.
