advise please
 

Hello I m new here. Have a 1999 ML 430 transmission wouldn't shift out of 1st gear. Determined it was turbine speed sensor and or Conductor plate. So changed both first put it back together, only had reverse. Took it back apart tried again. No gear drive. Took it apart again noticed plastic shifter clip on end of rod on valve body came off. didn't have it clipped on. I might of not put shift solenoids back exactly where I took them out. Only one is larger I know put it in right spot. Made sure Turbine speed sensor is fitted correctly. Any help would be appreciated. Has 177,000 miles Love this thing. George
