Hi guys. Was wondering if anyone has any input regarding installing my ipod directly through my stereo? I just bought an 05 C55 and love the drive. Would love it more if I can play my ipod while driving. Don't like the quality of the FM transmitter that I have.

I'm going to see if I can get a IPOD Nano installed in the center console where the cell phone would usually go. I'll post pics when I get around to it.

 

On my '05 C55 I have, on the righthand side of the glove box a 1/4in mini jack port that I plug my ipod into. I can't control it from the head unit but at least I can get decent sound out it sans a transmitter. Take a look you may have one too. BTW, my car is equipped with navi.
