2006 C55 AMG Headlight problem
 

I'm having similar problems with my xenon headlights, except its not the bulbs, or the ignightor (wires that hook to the back of bulb), the dealership states that I need to buy the whole $1400 headlight assembly, this is rediculous, can anyone help! Someone said it might be the contact, can these be switched out without having to replace the whole headlight?
