Default '07 SLK 55 AMG

I just ordered my '07 SLK 55 AMG. I will be travelling to Germany in October to take delivery. Any advice on the break in, european delivery or other info would be greatly appreciated. I will spend 5 days driving the Black Forest Rally. I am concerned about the autobahn; high rpm before breakin, etc.

Default I think I had damage my new E63 ENGINE

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
I think i had damage my new e63, I just had bought my E63 like a week ago and already had put about 850 miles on it. I never knew that i would need to break-in my new e63, so i would drove aggressively including full acceleration many times, and had accelerate up to 140miles on the highway. Now the car seems to be slower than when it was brand new. So Would someone please help me out with this

The method above is exactly the routine we follow for all of our race superbikes. Each engine in the ZX10R machine produce 180+ rwhp and we've never had any issues with the mototune listed method. We change Motul oil every race weekend and then send a sample in for a full spectrum analysis. My race mechanics and I swear by it. While I've had great success with this wear in procedure in race bikes and my two S4's... german reliability isn't what is used to be IMO...the Japanese do make bullet proof engines. Break-in is very old school, wear-in is a newer way of thinking.
