2001 C200 Kompressor Seat Not Moving
 

There's electronic gadgets on the side of the front seats of my 2001 C200 Kompressor which controls the seat. These are not working.
I've checked all the fuses and none are blown. I've unplugged and re-plugged all the plugs at the front of the seat. There is however an unplugged cable which runs from the rear of the seat; I can't see where this would possibly plug in.

Please help.

Does it work before for you? I didn't have such seats in my car. Maybe you can contact the dealer to check. Hope you can solve this problem soon.
