W126 Front Bumper Chrome Inserts
 

I live in the upper mid-west, so rust is a big issue. I bought a 1984 300SD. It has the W126 chassis. Beautiful auto! Only problem, the chrome strips on the bumpers are rusted through. Back bumper isn't bad, but front bumper chrome inserts are almost gone.

I'm surprised that I haven't yet been able to find anywhere on the internet to buy the chrome inserts...on even a bumper. Anyone know of any sites? Thanks for your help!

I do sell MBZ and BMW OEM parts and I think I might have the 5-section pieces chromefor your W126 300 1984 SD. It is from a later CA car and so it does not have rust. I will check and if I do not have them anymore, I could be of help to get them for you.
