VIN from MBUX
 

If call for support, and asked for VIN,
what is the easiest way to harvest that from 2020 MBUX please?

Vin from app for support calls etc. also shows on same page for car in garage , also shows manage services, add/remove users, remove car when sell so next person doesn't have to call in to clear previous owner, and set fave dealer.

3 taps maybe a swipe before last one if more than 1 car in app 'garage'/cars container
Right end of swipes is add car.

i put this together for same, rather technically challenged (i believe is the polite speak) friend;
but figured i'd get more out of the effort/work already done, by simply sharing wider, saving another the chase.

Last one, so far was mbux open car wifi to eventually make hotspot in car if want.

Guess not a hot topic, we found the seller and manual rather lacking;
Instrument Cluster was set to less than desired setup.
