Transmission stuck in first & debris in the transmission pan

Hi, car is stuck in first gear and won't change up, found the 13 pin conector oiled up so hoped that was my issue but dropped the transmission pan and found cylindrical small roller type bearings and another few pieces in there, not https://www.benzworld.org/attachment...74eb20b2b6c113
my happiest moment.... as per the pictures any ideas where this could of come from?
