Tire Pressure Monitors and Shifter Knob
 

I bought a 03 CL55 AMG at auction and it apperantly had different wheels installed so now with the original wheels on, I have no TPM's. Dealership wants over $1000 to replace and program. Does anyone know if the much cheaper after market TPM's can be programmed to work? Also the shifter knob (with remote start) is gone. Does anyone know if there has to be programming done to match the shifter to the key, or can I purchase one and just mount it?
