Got into an accident with my C36 and the body of the car is completely damaged. I found another W202 for $1500 and want to use the chasis only to rebuild my C36. Please offer me as much advise as possible in regards to swaping eginges trans missions etc.... Thanks!

 

Could cost more and not worth the labor and time, Was the C36s frame damaged, you said you wanted to use the chassis, as I assume the chassis on your car was damaged, but what about the body and it's panels, no damage from the accident? I think you be better off getting the insurance money and looking for another C36 or 43 and be better off in the long run, but his is just my personal opinion. I've known some people who have bought "totaled" accident cars, and all of them ran into nighmares. In this state your title will always carry a salvage car title and would be hard if not impossible to sell.
