SLS system rebuild for 300TD W123
 

Hey there,

So i just picked up my 5th benz W123 in 10 years. She is going to be the most challenging for sure! About to cut out some rust and patch it up with sheet metal...

Some poser put in the gas shock system. The hydraulic lines are disconnected, and the reservoir is dry. What are the chances that the hydraulic pump still works??

Anyone out there have hydraulic shocks they want to sell? How are these guys:

Look like rebuilt ones at a very good price! Anyone have these??

Ya I figured that. I will take it off and inspect it. Seems that I can just get a rebuild kit. Talked with a friend about it today and I took one apart a while ago. Just some metal gears and a few gaskets.
