I living in norway and have planned to servicing my 300 24 coupe 1992 in germany this summer.

My question for you is if you can recomend a workshop for me. It is going to me some bodywork, bushings, some engine work and general servicing.

Mercedes Benz are very common cars in Germany, hence there are many garages able to work on them there.
This means that there is lots of competition and hence the labour rates are much cheaper than in other parts of Western/Northern Europe and certainly much cheaper than in expensive Norway.

You will be able to get work done on your Merc almost anywhere in Germany, particularly in what used to be West Germany (as against the ex-DDR).

I live in England, but always try to get my service work done while on holiday in Germany.

can you tell me where you serve your car? the reason asking, is that we are a couple of buddies driving to germany for serivicing three diffrent cars. because of this we like to have all the cars served at the same time, and like to make an appointment in advance.

I suggest you get a copy of the small booklet listing the M-B European Service Stations, from a main dealer
in Norway. The newest version combines all the European bases; the earlier version had one booklet for each country.
This booklet will give the full addresses of all the M-B garages in Germany.
