The seatbelt handovermech on my 300CE failed a couple of days ago. The arm came out as i was driving. When I got home I turned off the ignition and I could still hear the motor running trying to push the arm out. The motor only stops when the ignition is turned to the on position- and then starts again when the engine starts. I have had to remove the fuse to stop the battery doing flat. Can't be the seatbelt latch end 'cus if you don't latch the belt the arm goes back in after time? And the belt should go back when the door is opened. Gonna start looking at it tomorrow. Any ideas??
