S430 Headlight adjustment
 

2001 S430. My passenger side headlight is way too far right. I find the adjustment screw to lower and raise the headlight, but to adjust side to side it appears to be some kind of a slide mechanizm. Of course the mechanizm is plastic and I don't want to start prying on it and break a piece. Is this slide piece for adjusting? If so, how is it done.

Halogen or Xenon?
If Xenon do the lights go thru an auto set procedure when you first turn them on.
Point towards garage wall when dark and observe.

Ever had any accident damage in the area of this lamp unit?
Need to ask yourself. Why is it wrong?
Could you have fitted some after market bulb for some reason?
