Repair Costs

Hello all, here is the report I got from a repair shop with a quote of $14,200 to fix 2012 E350. Thoughts? Upon inspection of vehicle confirmed misfire present. Performed SCAN of vehicle and found codes active for cylinder 1 and 2 misfires . Swapped coil and plugs with cylinder 3 and found misfire to remain on cylinder 1 and 2. Performed a running compression test and found to be ok. Checked lived data of fuel system and found the fuel pressure to drop after key was turned off indicating leaking fuel injectors. Performed resistance check of injectors 2 and 3 and found to be the same at 214k ohms. During resistance check found oil contamination present within the engine harness and ME control unit. Recommend replacing engine harness, ME control unit and oil contaminated components.

I may have to scrap it if there is no other options. Help!
