In my '87 260E my two rear windows will not go down, however all other windows in the car work. On one of the doors I Took off the panel and sprayed some wd40 on the motor and cable to try and free it up. The windows are stuck up. When I his the switch for down, nothing happens, but when I hit up I hear a clicking noise. Any ideas?

 

I have the same problem on my 2000 cl500 only the driver window works the rest dont move at all

 

on the windows that are not operating properly, can you hear the window motor spinning as if its trying to move the window up or down when you flip the window switch?

 

I cannot hear the motor when i hit the switch, however, once in a blue moon the window will decide to go up and down for a couple times, thats about it. This happens on both sides....

 

Its a ford 9 inch disc brake rear end out of a lincoln.. Is this the 9 inch that we all desire and can it be used
