rear window sunscreen

rear window sunscreen

The screen on our 2001 c240 is stuck in the up position.Would appreciate any help to resolve the problem. It looks like its not an easy fix.

I'm having a similar problem with my 03 C240...But mine won't go up or down...luckily it's not stuck in the "up" position, but I would like to fix it before the Texas summer heat comes around!!
