Radiator light on but level OK
 

1992 300E with the dummy Radiator Light on but the fluid level is ok. Temperature is good around 80c.
Is there a float in the resevoir that may be stuck? Is there a sensor attached to a float that may
have gone bad? Any recommendations on how to test? Much Thanks!

Never mind. Upon closer inspection I can see the fluid level sensor is cracked
and looks like original equipment. I ordered a new one w/new O ring for $24.
