Please HELP!!! ASAP 1991 190E 2.6
 

i have a 190E 2.6. the other day i installed 2 subs & amp, everything was working fine until i decided to pullout the reciever out to install a higher quality RCA cable. when i tried pulling it out, it was stuck. so i forced out until it popped out but i got a spark. the battery lead cable(yellow one) was jamed under the reciver so when i pulled it it cut and touched the metal i guess. now my interior lamps wont go on, the clock on the dash stopped working and the reciever too. What do i do??? you guys think the fuse blew or do i really need to take it to a tech??? please anyone HELP!

just fuse
