Default oil in intercooler

Greetings everyone. Recently my MAF malfunctioned because of oil deposit on it. Oil came from the PCV, which is normal. However, when i checked the oil level in the block it was reading at least 3mm avbove the high level mark on the dipstick. So im thinking the pcv could have been getting rid of the excess oil. Now, oil is in the intake system and most likely is in the intercooler.

Question is: How easy is it to take off the intercooler for cleaning?
Is it possible to run a high pressure of air through the intercooler to clean it from oil??
