Default o2 sensor replacement on CLK 320

I need to replace the o2 sensors on my 01 clk. Is this as easy as removing the old ones and replacing them with the new ones. That’s considering that they are accessible? Or are there settings that have to be reset after installation.

Thanks

Do you need all 4? They are preaty tight to get to on you car. The front(before the cats) are the tought ones. It is preaty straight foward to do. Just not a lot of room. Make sure the car is cold. I mean real cold. If you even start the car for 15-20 seconds you will burn yourself. If you just need the rears they are easy. All 4 are different and color coded. They all plug in under the car! Good luck.

Default O2 sensors

changing the 02 Sensors can be very expensive at the dealership, or at a Mercedes Shop. I changed oxygen sensors on my 02 Mercedes C230 myself, without much mechanics knowledge. Anyways, when i was shopping for sensors I found out Bosch are pretty good. And much cheaper than GENUNINE sensors! I bought them at qeautoparts.com. Try it out and you'll be surprised with their prices. As a mercedes enthusiast, I highly recommend them. Good luck!
