Hi - I've just joined the forum and posted to the newby section. Maybe this section can help too - to I/D a 170D of 1947 - 50's era - what are the I/D points to look for ? I think it is a 170D but not sure.
Just found it and want to be sure what it is and about how much I should pay for it in Thailand ?
If it REALLY is a 170D - or similar - what are the points to look for - good & bad ?
I do have a poor photo in low light from half front end view - I can post it on the forum but need to find out how to do this first.
Maybe this is not the right forum to ask. If so, sorry about that. Is there a classics Mercedes forum ?
