Hi, my '03 E was pre-wired for navigation, and my installation with all OEM parts was easy and successful. 6 months later, the screen says "Navigation Device Unavailable" and there's faint crackling noises coming over the speakers. Thoughts on repairing or replacing would be appreciated. Thank you, Richie

 

Could it be that the wiring is no longer (properly) connected to the fiberring..?
