My keyless entry won't lock or unlock the rear hatch. I have 2 keys and neither work. Also the light in the cargo area doesn't work properly. When I set it to 'door' it stays on, so I have to leave it off and manually turn it on when I need it. I'm thinking these are both related to one problem. Any help would be appreciated.

 

from AAM (all activity module) which always get faulty... it goes to tailgate central locking unlocking relay.
troubleshooting would be difficult for you without the aid of wiring diagram nad understand how it works.

the rear dome light also comes directly from AAM (this part is a crap). if no unlocking signal is recieved, those interior lamp will get no response.

please synchonize/reprogram your key first.
