Mercedes WIS installation problem
 

Hi all

I am trying to install WIS for Mercedes but have encountered the following problem and would very much appreciate if anyone more experienced could offer some assistance.

I followed the first instructions, step by step, and I come to click on the “PM” shortcut in the folder called Mercedes Benz as the instructions say but I then get the following message:

The item ‘mbdesk.exe’ that this shortcut refers to has been changed or moved, so this shortcut will no longer work properly.
Do you want to delete this shortcut?


I tried to install Program Manager straight off the disk but it says it is already installed. So I am at a loss.
