light on 99 c280

i have 2 questions 1.i have the wrench when i turn on the car and it says 187 i know what the wrench is (service)but not sure what the 187 number is 4 after the wrench. 2. theres a yellow light on that looks light a sun. can any one tell me what all this means. my car is a 1999 c280

187Miles past due. or if there is a d after the 187 then its days. and the yellow light is a light out indicator.

LOL It must be something with those C280 owners. I have a 2000 C280 and it came with no manual either. A friend of mine she bought a 99 C280 with no manual either.

YOUR SUN INDICATOR IS EITHER BRAKE WEAR INDICATOR OR LIGHT OUT INDICATOR. IF YOUR WRENCH HAS A MINUS SIGN, YOU'RE 187 MILES OVERDUE SERVICE. OTHERWISE, YOU'RE 187 MILES FROM SERVICE.
