Int. Door Panel Removal, 2nd Try!
I searched for this and didn't find what I need so,
I need to remove the front door panel (1985 190D) for window replacement. I took the 10mm bolt out of the pull handle and removed the trim from the door latch. I'm trying to be careful so I don't break anything. With gentle upward pressure, the panel wants to move but it's tight where the power seat switch assembly is. Is there a hidden screw I'm missing, or is there a "trick"?
I will also need to remove the rear panel, too. Any mystery there?
Ken

Hi there,
I think you need to remove the door grip handle so that you can slide the door release handle plastic trim forward so it comes un-hooked. Then you should be able to push the door liner upward to un-clip it from the door. Also you need to remove the plastic trim at the latch.
Same thing on the rear doors.
Good luck!
