Ignition key does not turn
 

2000 S-430 Ignition key won't turn. Sometimes car would start, but radio would not work and car would not leave park. This was usually remedied by turning ignition off then on. Yesterday when this happened I removed key and went to restart. Key will not move. Normally when key was inserted I could hear some noise coming from dash. Now nothing. Any questions or suggestions would be appreciated.
