How to replace rear window regulator
 

I went to the mercedes dealer today and they told me it would be $525 to redo one of my rear windows.... so im just gonna do it myself. My question is how would i go about replacing the rear window regulator/motor, is there any trick i should know? or is it pretty straight forward?

Ill do it for $100.
