Help! 1976 450 SEL Problems
 

I recently obtained a 1976 450SEL from a celebrity that sat for years. I have replaced some weather strips that have dried out and were falling apart, but the windshield wipers, climate controls and dash lights dont work. Everyting else seems to be ok so far. I have not been able to get any good information on these items. Any information would be greatly appriciated. Thanks in advance.
