Hello!! i need location of VIN please
 

Im new here this is my 1st thread.. i do apologise if i am not clear..

I am about to buy a vehicle Mercedes year 250 D year 1988 but.. it's chassis and interior is E-250 year 1991 or more i also think that the engin is different..

What i wanna know is.. is there any of you who can tell me the other location of the VIN other then the one which is under the hood.. if yes that would be very helpful and id appreciate it very much because i am suspecting it is stolen somehow.. but the damn thing looks very good..

on the cross member under the passenger seat.

under the rear panel membrane, accessed from the trunk. it's a sticker label.

have you tried checking on the door B-pillar? can see uon opening driver's or passenger's door.

on the windshield from outside driver's side.
