Headrests..
I'll take a stab at it...more like a shot in the dark!
MB, for some reason, likes to hide these release buttons. In my 107, the release button is about 4" below the top rear seam in the middle of the posts supporting the headrests Pressing forward in this area while lifting the fully extended headrests get mine out. Yours may be similar.
If not, the way I learned about this was to take my car to an auto upholsterer that I knew did MB's, and simply ask him. Took him all of 20 seconds to show me and pull the headrest.
