Fuel leak at govenor or eha valve
 

I have a 93 190e 2.3 and have a fuel leak at valve on side of intake below fuel distributor, was told it is a govenor or eha valve. car was running fine and all of a sudden stops and will not restart, it starts for split second then stops, any idea if just replaceing the 2 o'ring seals will help or does that govenor sometime leak as well?
