Everything functioning as a Mercedes should
I am at a loss.
Just purchased my dream Mercedes, a very, very nice 1995 29,000mi E320 cabriolet.
The seats however, are not quite right. They (both) tilt forward freely at any time...even when driving. The manual says they should only tilt forward when the motor is running and the door is ajar, or when the seat release button is pressed.
In addition, the seat "stay" is complicated by both a mechanical, and pneumatic system.
Where do I begin?
Not only do I want everything to function perfectly, but I am concernedabout safety issues.
Any and all advice is greatly appreciated,
David
