ESP Visit Workshop Light. HELP

My ESP Visit workshop light has been on for several months now. Rarely it doesn't kick on at all. Does anyone know what this light generally indicates?

Likely a stop lamp switch. Depends on the vehicle but pretty common and fairly easy and inexpensive to guess at for the do-it-yourself er.

99% of the time it's the brake light switch!!! I would strongly recommend to replace it, before your car get stuck in park due to defective brake light switch. I see a lot of cars getting towed in my shop for a stupid brake light switch!

Could this also effect the actual tail light and brake lights? Im getting a reading saying that tail light R, bakc up llight on. And it alternated from the left side to the right side. I replaced the tail light/ stop bulbs and I am still getting the reading.

Brake light bulbs are not going to give and ESP visit workshop display! I suggest to get scan with an SDS (Star Diagnosis)! It could be a Steering angle sensor...
