E230 gearbox problem
 

Hi can somebody please help me
i have got a 1996 e 230 which has done 80 000 miles
the problem i have is that when the car is cold i can go into reverse gear however as soon as it warms up i cannot go into reverse any more. It is an automatic gearbox and i have no problems going forwards.
Can anyone kindly give advise
