E220 WAGON FOG LIGHT MOUNTING

Hi,

I just achieved replacing the fog light bulb of my 98 E220 MB Wagon, but now I'm unable to mount it again.
Should it be done from the inside, because I removed it from the outside by unscrewing the two bolts.

Any help would be welcome !!

from under the car. 1 screw is holding it (assembly).
