door lock and engine shut off problems
 

Any ideas what I need to do? I think its the vacume.

Self help chic needs resourse or guidance regarding door locks which are not working when key is incerted and being turned. Within the last month difficulty in shutting engine off. I can never tell when I am going to have to pop the hood and hit the stop lever. Seems more prominant in the heat.

That would definitely be a vacuum leak. Using a hand vacuum, start at individual components and work your way upstream towards the vacuum pump to find the leaks/bad components.
