I've replaced my headlight lamps twice in the last 18 months. Even when the bulbs are brand new they dont seem very bright at all, and with time they slowly get worse. In addition, I've tried adjusting the light beams (they were originally trying to help planes land) and am having lots of trouble getting the beams straight and the right height. I'm wondering if this is part of the problem with how the beams appear dim. Any ideas or help would be greatly appreciated.
