Good morning everyone. Does anybody know what it is (e.g., switch, relay, gear, etc.,) that makes the "Convenience Feature" in the driver's side fail? I have a 2002 C32AMG and when I got my car back from service, somehow the "Convenience Feature" have since failed. I have reset, turned it off and on the "Convenience Feature" via (steering wheel button and instrumentation panel views) and it still won't work.The manual button for moving seat works and the steering wheel in and out, but the steering wheel 'tilt' (up and down) just hums and doesn't move. Please advice what is potentially broke, how to fix, and how much is this going to cost in the dealership? Any advice is appreciated. Thank you.
