clk320 won't start
Hi,
Recently got trapped in a large puddle where my engine cut out. Was told by the breakdown service that it would take about 24hrs for the water to drain form the engine, but there would be no lasting damage. However, it still won't even tick over and I'm worried there may be something more serious going on.
Any ideas?

if water entered your engine then you might have a pretty big problem on your hands. if enough water got into it you probably hydrolocked the engine. when the engine is running and waters enters it the piston trys to compress it and when you try to compress water....something is going to give..usually a rod through the block. make sure your battery is ok and its not somehing simple. pull the plugs and turn engine by hand with a breaker bar. make sure all pistons are moving.. if you need more help let me know...
