CL 600 V12 new battery problems
 

Hi, my car has been left over the winter and got a flat battery, now fitted a new one and everything functions after reset by moving wheels hard down left and right. But after a when starting the engine the ESP/BAS and ABS lights ight up yellow in the dashboard. Can any kind soul give me an idea what the problem maybe? I may have a big Merc. but I inherited it from my Dad when he died and I don't have the £££ to go to a Mercedes garage. Thanks for any help!
