Default changing the air fliters in a 2003 clk

is there a way i can change the air fliters in my car i want to install kn air fliters. I looked under the hood and its located in two spots, on top of the engines. i know that i have to take out the cover then the two flowing air tubes but i couldnt tell where the bolts were for the mounting of the air fliters. thanks alot

PS will this improve anything, like performance or gas mileage or acceleration
Anyone have this on there car, let me know if u feel a difference

there is no bolt.

grab on both side and tug it up snaply.

it's just a clip that holds it in place with the rubber mounting.

It may help performance, it may hurt performance, it may do nothing at all. If performance is improved, it won't be enough to where you can feel it.
