a service is an intermediate service indicator what this means to you is the dealer is goinfg to change oil , vehicle inspection, top off fluids , check brakes through rim hole openings thats it!!!!!!
B service (suppose to be major service. not!!!) consist of oil change ,correct fluid levels , if your luck change dust filter in car , and measure brake rotors and pad percentages car inspection , maybe replace wiper inserts .
on both they reset the fss service indicator light .
A services are due at 10k, 30, 50k ect... B service 20k,40k,60k = they rotate service A,B,A,B,A,B ECT..
TO ME THE DIFF BETWEEN THE 2 ARE ABOUT $150 for a wiper insert$40 /dust filter$25 which you can do your self save $$$$$
