95 C280 camshaft adjuster, this go on a pin that need to move freely in and out of the intake cam but I think it to stiff I can pry it out maybe 1/8 , 3/16 of a inch and tap it in back in but it won't move freely, I think it way to stiff I spay it with WD40 and try working but it not helping, so should it move free what should I do about it ? the nut for the inttake gear is at spec 65NM see pic
