C43 SRS light on

Just picked up a 98 C43, and the SRS light is on. The code came up passenger side airbag sensor 033. Anyone can help with this???

Airbag impact sensor under the carpet under the seat, looked like something spilled down there. $500 at the dealer, but I found a used one on ebay for $40 different car but same part number worked fine!
