if the central locking is working then the pump is working, the yellow line is central locking the clear line is for the a\c vents. the cubby is the "cubby hole" storage area on the passenger side of dash... a cell is a vacuum element actuator is converts vacuum into mechanical movment.
to operate the flaps, you find the cell at the end of the vacuum pipes there are about 4 of them.
